SSB interview is one of toughest interview in the world before starting this  subject i would like to say something about Officer like qualities........

after this i will talk about  process during ssb interview 

Screening test , psychological test , group testing Exercises, Interview techniques

before this you should know about it :~

1.after the final selection , candidates  are  made to perceive Bsc in NDA and Btech for naval Academy

2. candidates are directly called for the interview by SSB , is some of the cases without any written exam example ;~ TES army & navy entry

3. in  filling the vacant posts of the air force  aspirants are supposed  to get through the air force aptitude  test 

and now i would like to say something SSB   call letter and reporting 

the call letter give the 

 information to the candidates that when and where to report .ON the day of  arrival , you have to report to the Movement Control office(MCO) at the railway station  they will receive you and direct you to a bus that will take you to the selection center .

first day

  Screening test :~  intelligence test , picture perception and description test

if anybody pass this first day will go to second stage otherwise screen out then then will go to home 

second day 

 psychological testing :~

word association  test (WAT) , thematic apperception test (TAT) , situation reaction test (SRT) , self description (SD)

third day 

 Group testing exercise :~

group discussion (GD) , group planning exercise (GPE) , progressive group  task (PGT) , group obstacle race  (GOR) , lecturette , half group task (HGT) .

forth day

, remaining group test :~!

command task (CT) , final group task ( FGT) , individual task  (IO) ~ 10 obstacles singularly in 3 minutes. 

five day

Conference Procedure:~

 conference & result

after this any reason you are not pass then it means you are last day out means conference out and if you are pass then you will go to home after one few month the final result will announced .
